How to order from you?

• If you have your own design, we can provide the custom service, to arrange the production for you at a quiet reasonable price.
• You can also select from our furniture models, we have many modern style and classic models for your selection, and we continue to provide new designs every year, please contact our sales person for the details.
• New design: If you want to make your own style furniture, you can also tell us your idea, our designer will make the design as your wish.

What kind of furniture you can supply?

We provide a wide range of furniture products for hotel and apartment projects. Such as guestroom furniture suites, living room furniture, lobby area furniture, restaurant furniture, bar furniture and meeting furniture etc.

We are trying to provide a full range furniture products for your project, for other related products we also offering sourcing service to save your time and money.

Can we ask you for some samples?

If you want to make a mock-up as your design to check our quality, we can make a sample for you. Price twice as the quoted price, the extra amount will be refund after you placed the order.

What's the quality grade of your products?

We produced many furniture for 5-star and 4-star hotels in China mainland and worldwide. We have full confidence on our products. You are welcome to our factory to check our quality in person.

Apartment and 3-star hotel projects sometimes don't need such high quality furniture, so we have a different product line to meet these requirements.

How to make the payment?

30% deposit pay by T/T in advance, the balance 70% should be paid before shipment.

We accept payment by L/C, but not 100% L/C, You should pay 30% deposit by T/T before we start production, the rest 70% pay by T/T or L/C at sight is acceptable.

When can we get the goods after placed the order?

Usually between 25-35 days. It depends on the quantity of your order.

Can you deliver the goods directly to our country?

We have been exported to European, America, South America, Africa, Australia, and Asia. We have steady cooperate shipping companies, they can deliver our goods to every corner around the world.

Mostly our goods delivery by sea, if you need us deliver the goods to your country, please provide us the destination port in your country, and then we’ll ask our shipper to calculate an Ocean freight for your reference. (CFR PRICE)

How many years do you guarantee the quality of the furniture?

5~10 years.

We produce only high quality products, so we are pleased to guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for five years form date of shipment if properly handled and cared for under normal conditions.

In addition, we guarantee drawer boxed for the life of the product under normal conditions. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and/or client and is not transferrable.
